目的探寻附子甘草配伍减毒增效的物质基础。方法采用急性毒性实验、离体蛙心实验,观察附子生物碱与甘草有效部位（甘草三萜皂苷和黄酮）组合对毒性、强心功能的影响。结果附子生物碱与甘草有效部位配伍能明显降低毒性,同时协同增加附子的强心作用。结论附子生物碱和甘草有效部位（甘草三萜皂苷和黄酮）是附子甘草配伍减毒增效重要的物质基础。

英文摘要：

Objective：To study of the material base of the decreasing toxicity and increasing efficacy of compatibity of aconite with licorice.Methods：From the acute toxicity test and the vitro-body frog heart experiment,the effect of the toxicity and cardiotoinc action in the compatibility of aconite alkaloid and licorice effective fraction were tested.Results：The combination of aconite alkaloid and licorice effective fraction decreased the toxicity and synergistically increased the cardiotonic action.Conclusion：Aconite alkaloid and Licorice effective fraction（triterpenoid saponin and flavonoid） are important material base of the decreasing toxicity and increasing efficacy of compatibility of aconite with licorice.
