对速生杨NaOH-AQ浆进行了ECF和TCF漂白,优化了几种漂序。结果表明.在保证一定纸浆黏度的前提下,采用两段氧脱木素(00),可使纸浆硬度降低65.9%以上,有利于纸浆后续的漂白。探讨了(OO)DP、(oo)DXP、(OO)DED、(OO)XDED、(00)QP和(OO)QXP等漂序。上述漂序均可使纸浆自度达到80%以上,其中用(OO)XDED漂序纸浆可获得89.1%的高白度。
The NaOH-AQ pulp of fast-growing poplar was bleached with ECF and TCF bleaching processes, and several bleaching sequences were optimized. The results showed that the pulp permanganate number reduces by 65% and even more in two stage oxygen delignification with reasonable pulp viscosity, and this is beneficial to the subsequent bleaching. Sequences (OO)DP, (OO)DXP, (OO)DED, (OO)XDED, (OO)QP and (OO)QXP were investigated in this study. The brightness satisfied for most of the grades can be obtained in the above sequences, and the brightness of the bleached pulp reaches to 89. 1%ISO when (OO)XDED sequence is used.
