英文摘要：

Objective： Compare the changes of whole chemical constituents in different polar parts of Cirsium japonicum, and preliminarily discuss the material base of synergistic effect after process. Methods： Different polar parts were extracted from raw Cirsium japonicum and its carbon form by 75% ethanol. HPLC method was used to analysize and compare different images. Results： Raw Cirsium japonicum constituents had changed after processing. Among them, the content changes of chloroform and acetic ether were obviously apparent. Conclusion： Major parts changes of processed Cirsium japonicum were confirmed preliminarily, which would lay a foundation to further discover process mechanism of Cirsiumjaponicum.
