英文摘要：

The high-efficient integration and development of logistics and capital flows have already become an important field of theoretical research and practical exploration for experts and scholars of logistics in our country. This text analyses the internal demand, intrinsic force, intrinsic turning point, intrinsic realization and interaction development of the integration through our modem rural logistics. The results show that the modem rural logistics and the efficient integration of the capital flow, not only of modem rural logistics development to get modem financial services industry of funding stream to support and protect, but also with the modem financial industry of modem rural logistics development and continuous innovation, interaction between the two, mutual promotion and coordinated development. Undoubtedly it offers theory support for the construction of the modem rural logistics to obtain the powerful financial support, it has a positive significance for our to promote the building of new socialist countryside, to develop the rural logistics and the rural economy.
