首先介绍了UMAC控制器的硬件和软件特性,给出了高速磨床主轴系统的结构及其工作原理;然后进行了UMAC控制器的PID调节、激励方式的选择;使用INV306DF智能信号采集处理分析仪,完成了高速磨床主轴的振动性能分析,从而获得高速磨床主轴系统的前四阶固有频率。
The paper firstly introduces the character of hardware and software of UMAC,and then give the system structure and working principle of high-speed grinder spindle;expounds on the selection of excitation and PID adjuster of UMAC;complete the vibration performance analysis of high-speed grinder spindle using INV306DF,then got the first four rank natural frequency of high-speed grinder spindle system.
