圆弧铣刀瞬态切削力建模与数值仿真

提出圆弧铣刀(R刀)几何模型描述方法,建立基于机械力学的圆弧铣刀切削力预报模型.该模型分别考虑前刀面剪切效应与后刀面犁切效应,通过计算微元切削刃空间位置角和不同轴向高度处的切入、切出角方法获取瞬时切削区域,应用空间解析几何三维坐标变换原理实现微元切削力从局部坐标系向刀具整体坐标系下转换,借助科学计算软件Matlab实现数值仿真.模型中切削力系数由42CrM04切削试验的切削力数据拟合得出.两组试验结果与仿真结果的对比,验证预报模型的有效性.

英文摘要:

The geometrical characteristics of comer radius end milling cutter was presented in this paper. A new model for instantaneous cutting force for comer radius end mills was then developed. The shearing effect of rake face and ploughing effect of relief face on cutting force were investigated respectively. The cutting area was obtained through the calculation of element cutting edge angular position in the global coordinate system and entrance angle as well as exiting angle at different axial altitude. The element cutting force in local coordinate system was transformed to global coordinate system by applying the theory of space analytic~al geometry. The cutting force parameters in the developed model were obtained from fitting the 42CrMo4 cutting test data. The numerical simulation of instantaneous cutting forces for comer radius end mills were implemented in commercially available mathematical software MatLAB. The proposed force model had been validated through the comparison between experimental results and simulation
