塑性变形的本质是位错的运动与增殖。高速切削时固体的粘滞力与位错速度成正比,材料的粘性效应在描述高速变形材料的动态力学行为中起到越来越重要的作用。推导出了高速切削过程粘性系数的表达式,介绍了粘性效应条件下材料动态力学性能的研究成果及应用,并从流体力学角度对高速切削的现状进行了分析,指出高速切削需同时考虑塑性和粘性。随切削速度的提高,从流体的角度去认识比从固体的角度去理解更能符合其特点。本文还指出了高速切削过程中材料流体特性研究需优先解决的几个问题。
In high speed metal cutting,the dislocation motion and multiplication result in plastic deformation,its velocity is proportional to the drag force of solid,so,the effect of viscosity in description of the material dynamic behavior get more and more important.The expression of viscosity coefficient is deduced based on dislocation damping mechanism.The major applications and major achievements of dynamic behavior of materials study with consideration of the solid viscosity are introduced.The research status of high speed metal cutting from fluid aspect is analyzed.It is concluded that the plasticity and the viscosity of the material should get into account in studying the high speed metal cutting,Model the high speed machining as fluid flow is much better than as solid,especially with the cutting speed improved.
