为研究烟火药火焰中正在燃烧粒子的尺寸与数量分布,采用射流取样与高速摄影的分析方法,通过变换射流取样口的高度,并与标准粒子进行比较,得到火焰中燃烧粒子的尺寸与数量分布。分析显示:Mg/KClO4烟火药火焰中含有大量的正在燃烧粒子,这些正在燃烧粒子包括金属液滴和复合粒子,复合粒子能够连续裂解;随着喷口取样位置的上升,正在燃烧粒子的数量分布快速衰减。
In order to study the size and quantity distribution of burning particles in pyrotechnical flame, the jet current sampling and high speed video camera were adopted. By altering the sampling height to nozzle, the size and quantity distribution of burning particle were analyzed based on comparison of standard particle. The investigation showed that the pyrotechnic flame is made of a great number of burning particles, the burning particles include metal drops and particle-clusters, the particle-clusters can crack successively, and the quantity of burning particles decreases rapidly with the increase of sampling height to nozzle.
