采用高速摄影仪对HTPB推进剂火焰结构进行了实验研究.实验首先利用高速摄影仪的曝光时间控制,滤掉火焰强光影响,得到燃烧质点清晰图像;其次,利用连续的图片,基于图像处理技术以及匹配概率算法,获得了燃烧质点数量分布和速度分布;最后,依据流场的连续性建立燃烧火焰二维空间速度分布剖面模型,基于燃烧质点二维平面粒子坐标以及每个粒子的速度,确定其三维空间位置,进而构建了稳态燃烧状态下火焰的结构模型.研究表明,正在燃烧粒子的速度和数量均呈现正态分布规律.
With high speed camera,experimental study of flame structure of propellant were carried out.The sharply continuous images can be obtained by controlling exposure-time to avoid the effects of strong light from propellant flame.Based on the image processing technology and probability matching algorithm,the quantitative distribution and velocity distribution of burning particles were achieved by the continuous images of particles.According to the continuity theory of flow fields,the two-dimension velocity-distribution model was established,and the location of particle in 3-dimensional space can be analyzed on the basis of the coordinate and velocity of each particle,and then steady burning model was derived.The research shows that the quantitative distribution and velocity distribution of burning particles present a normal distribution law.
