本文使用十字线激光器,配置CCD相机组成十字线结构光视觉测量系统。根据视觉测量系统的标定与测量原理,建立了两个光平面相应的数学模型;采用最小外接矩形法分割光条,在每个矩形区域内采用高斯曲线拟合法提取光条中心,再用最小二乘法拟合光条直线。最后用该系统实现了零件的非接触三维轮廓测量,验证了模型的正确性和光条提取方法的精度。
Cross semiconductor laser and CCD camera are used to set up a vision inspection system in this paper. The model of two light planes is presented based on the calibration and the principle of the vision system. The laser stripes are partitioned using Minimum Enclosing Rectangle. The centers of light stripes are gotten by using the method of Gaussian curve approximation in every rectangle region. Finally, the least square method is used to fit the light stripe lines. Experiments are done to identify the model and the extracting accuracy of the light stripes.
