本文介绍了空间编码三维视觉传感的结构与测量原理,并针对它在测量物体的三维信息中所存在着的投影点和像点的对应不够准确的问题,提出了一种三维视觉传感用的结构光空间编码的新方法,解决了被动视觉传感匹配难的问题.通过投影仪将一空间编码图片投射到物体表面,经物体几何形状调制的图案被面阵CCD摄像机接收,然后通过计算机测控系统就可以得到物体三维信息.实验结果表明:采用此种空间编码新技术,仅用一幅图像且不需对摄像机进行标定就可以对物体三维信息进行动态测量.
The structure and fundamental measuring principle of 3 D vision sensor using spatial code are introduced. The issue of how to match the projection point precisely with the camera point is presented, and a solution of using structured light spatial code is discussed, thus the problem of matching in passive vision sensing can be solved. The projector projects spatial code film onto an object, and the figure modulated by 3D scene geometric structure is photographed by a surface CCD camera. Through computer measurement and control system, 3D information of the object can be obtained. Experimental results show that the use of structuredlight spatial code successfully measures the 3D surface shape with one image, and makes the calibrating camera system unnecessary.
