近红外光谱(Near Infrared Spectrum Instrument,NIRS)是一种介于可见光和中红外光之间的电磁辐射波。使用NIRS技术进行检测,具有方便、快捷、高效、准确的特点,因此它在多个领域尤其是在医学领域扮演着重要角色。本文首先对NIRS技术的基本概念和发展历史做了简单介绍;其次,论述了NIRS技术在医学中的应用,以及近年来该技术在国内外的发展状况。探讨了NIRS技术在离体检测、临床医学、麻醉深度监测以及新生儿脑组织氧检测等方面的应用。文章的最后,对NIRS技术的未来应用方向进行了简单讨论。
Near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) is a kind of electromagnetic radiation wave between the visible and Infrared. NIRS is convenient, quick, effcient and accurate when it was used in medical tests. As a result, NIRS is widely used in multiple felds, especially medicine. NIRS technology was introduced from 3 aspects in this article. Firstly, the basic concepts and development history of NIRS technology were briefy introduced. Secondly, the application and development status at home and abroad of NIRS technology in medicine field was elaborated. NIRS technology could be applied to many aspects of medical tests, such as in vitro test, clinical medicine, depth of anesthesia monitoring, neonatal brain tissue oxygen detection and so on. Finally, the application direction of NIRS technology in the future was simply discussed.
