大型圆筒型FDSO(Floating Drilling Storage Offioading)采用浮力超常制造方法直接在水上建造,基于其单件实时调整的建造方法,建造过程中对整个平台及分段的重心位置进行全程精度控制具有重要意义。针对水上漂浮的不稳定性,提出了一种实时监控、动态调整、缩放公差的精度控制方法。应用尺寸链原理推导了FDSO建造过程分段精度的动态总体重心误差缩放公式,使得各分段无需高精度制造,但总体重心精度水平极高,提高了平台工作性能,保证了建造稳定性和质量,为未来高精密智能化造船提供了理论依据。
Accuracy control of gravity centre of large cylindrical FDSO (Floating Drilling Storage Offioading) that is built on the water directly using floating non-traditional manufacture method including the entire platform and segments has great significance during the construction process. A new accuracy control method with real-time monitoring, dynamic adjustment and reducing tolerance is proposed aiming to deal with floating instability. The segments accuracy distribution formulas and the reducing deviation formulas of overall gravity centre are deduced for construction of FDSO, based on the principle of size chain, and data as weight, centre of gravity and centre of buoyancy are integrated. Then the deviation of overall gravity centre can be controlled within a few millimeters, under the premise that segments do not need high-precision manufacturing. This study / helps to improve performance of the platform, ensures the stability and quality of construction, and provides a theoretical basis for hieh-orecision intellieent shiobuildine in the future.
