分别从广州市居住-就业空间均衡性和宏观空间组织模式的转化等出发，分析广州的居住-就业空间特征及其对居民出行行为的影响，认为近年来广州居住空间与就业空间在外拓和多核心化的同时，二者的空间均衡性增强，从而促使居民出行空间趋向均衡；居住空间对城市空间的引导作用日渐突出，对居民出行空间和出行方式的选择都产生重要的影响。

Starting from the analysis of the balance between residence and employment and the transition of spatial organization mode, this paper handles with the characteristics of residential and employment space as well as their compact on resident trip. With Guangzhou as a case, it finds that in recent years the balance between residential space and employment space in Guangzhou is improved, which help the resident trip more balanced, At the same time, residential space has great influence on resident trip and trip mode.
