柔性弹簧常用于无油润滑的直线压缩机和膨胀机中,实现活塞的间隙密封技术。基于费马型线,提出一种新型费马型线柔性弹簧,该柔性弹簧利用费马曲线方程,通过调整曲线起点半径r、曲率系数c、曲线起始发生角φ、曲线略角θ以及蜗旋槽的几何分布,可以精确地构造出满足设计要求的柔性弹簧型线。通过建立数学模型,对设计的柔性弹簧进行刚度和自然频率特性的理论分析,利用ANSYS软件对柔性弹簧模型进行模态分析,并对设计的柔性弹簧的刚度性能进行试验测试,将理论解、模拟分析值及试验结果进行对比分析,证明了理论推导和有限元分析方法的有效性,以及新型柔性弹簧设计方法的可行性。
Flexure springs are used in linear compressors and expanders to maintain the clearance seal between the piston and cylinder.The design method of Fermat flexure spring has been put forward.The fermat flexure spring can be obtained by adjusting the space distribution of spiral arms together with the parameters of Fermat curve including base radius r,coefficient of curvature c,start angle ?,curve angle θ,etc.Then the mathematical models were set up to analyze the axial and radial stiffness of the fermat flexure.Geometrically nonlinear static structural analysis and nonlinear dynamics structural analysis which base on the finite element software(ANSYS) and the performance test is made to fermat flexure spring.The feasibility of the method to design Fermat flexure spring,the validity of the numerical analysis and finite element analysis,are proved by comparing the calculated results,simulated results and experimental results.
