目的研究菊科菊属植物野菊花(Chrysanthemum indicum L.)的化学成分。方法应用各种柱色谱技术和重结晶的方法分离化学成分,通过理化性质及IR、UV、MS、NMR等波谱数据鉴定化合物。结果分离鉴定了12个化合物:芹菜素-6,8-二-C-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅰ)、木犀草素-7-O-葡萄糖苷(Ⅱ)、5,5′-二羟基-7,3′,4′-三甲氧基黄酮(Ⅲ)、小麦黄素(Ⅳ)、5,7,4′-三羟基-6,3′,5′-三甲氧基黄酮(Ⅴ)、阿魏酸(Ⅵ)、咖啡酸(Ⅶ)、香草醛(Ⅷ)、绿原酸(Ⅸ)、L-芝麻质素(Ⅹ)、辛夷脂素(Ⅺ)、棕榈酸16β,22α-二羟基假蒲公英甾醇酯(Ⅻ)。结论化合物Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ、Ⅹ、Ⅺ、Ⅻ等7个化合物均为首次从野菊花中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Chrysanthemi indici L.. METHODS Various chromatographic techniques and recrystallization were used to separate and purify the constituents. On the basis of physicochemical properties and the spectral data (UV,IR,NMR,MS etc.),their structures were identified. RESULTS Tweleve compounds were isolated and identified as Vicenin(6,8-di-C-β-D-glucopyranosyl apigenin)(Ⅰ),cynaroside(luteolin7-O-D-glucoside)(Ⅱ),5',5'-dihydroxy-7,3',4'-trihydmethoxy-flavone(Ⅲ),tricin(Ⅳ),5,7,4'-trihydroxy-6,3',5'-trimethoxyflavone(Ⅴ),ferulicacid (Ⅵ),caffeic acid (Ⅶ),vanillin(Ⅷ),chlorogenicacid(Ⅸ),L-sesamin(Ⅹ),fargesin(Ⅺ),16β,22-dihydroxypseudo-taraxasterol-3β-O-palmitate(Ⅻ). CONCLUSION Compound Ⅰ,Ⅲ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ,Ⅹ,Ⅺ and Ⅻ were obtained from Chrysanthemum indicium L. for the first time.
