电渣重熔过程中,炉渣成分会发生连续变化,使渣池、渣壳的热物性参数也处于不断的变化之中。渣池及渣壳热物性参数的变化会影响电渣重熔过程。本文根据重熔过程中渣池、渣壳的变化及炉渣热物性参数变化(导热系数及电导率),对重熔过程的影响进行了模拟。通过与未考虑炉渣成分变化及渣壳、渣池热物性参数变化两种情况的重熔过程比对,揭示了炉渣成分变化对电渣重熔过程温度分布的影响。
Due to the continuous change of slag composition in electroslag remelting(ESR) process, the properties of slag melt and slag crust will change correspondingly. These changes have effect on ESR process. The numerical simulation of ESR process was carried out based on the chemical composition variation of slag pool and slag crust, as well as the thermal properties. A contrast on ESR process was made between two cases, one is taking into account the changes of composition and thermal properties of the slag, another is not. The influence of the changes of composition and thermal properties on the temperature distribution of ESR process was discussed.
