采用硫酸铝水溶液改性前处理和氯化钙水溶液固色后处理工艺,实现了海藻酸钙纤维的直接染料无盐染色。海藻酸钙纤维的改性工艺为:硫酸铝水溶液质量分数30%,室温振荡处理30 min;优化的染色工艺为:直接大红4BS质量分数3%(omf),40℃入染,70℃染色处理40 min;染色纤维的固色工艺为:氯化钙水溶液质量浓度为20 g/L,室温浸泡振荡处理30 min。采用上述工艺,海藻酸钙纤维的匀染性、透染性和皂洗牢度均十分优异,上染率为78.8%,K/S值为2.46,皂洗后染色纤维的颜色保持率达到93.2%。
Dyeing of calcium alginate fibers without salt is carried out through modification pretreatment with aluminum sulfate aqueous solution and fixation post-treatment with calcium chloride aqueous solu- tion. The modification process of calcium alginate fibers is aluminum sulfate aqueous solution 30%, and vibrated at room temperature for 30 minutes. The dyeing process with Direct Red 4BS is concentration of dye liquor 3%(omf), initial dyeing temperature 40 ℃, and dyeing at 70 ℃ for 40 minutes. The fixation process of the dyed fiber is calcium chloride aqueous solution 20 g/L, and vibrated at room temperature for 30 minutes. Under these conditions, the dyed fiber has excellent levelness, penetration and soaping fastness. The dye exhaustion is 78.8%, theK/S value of the dyed fibers is 2.46 and the retention rate of dyes on fibers is 93.2% after soauina.
