采用一浴水媒法制备了羧甲基改性粘胶非织造布(CM—VN),通过X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜研究了羧甲基改性后粘胶非织造布中纤维结构的变化,并考察了取代度对CM—VN吸水性、透气性、扩散性和力学性能的影响。实验结果表明,随着CM—VN取代度的升高,其结晶度逐渐降低,吸水性能显著增强,透气性逐渐降低,扩散性能先升高后降低,断裂强力和断裂伸长率均呈现先降低后升高的趋势;当取代度为0.35时,CM—VN吸水后形成均匀半透明的水凝胶体,其吸水性达到25.44g/g(蒸馏水)和24.38g/g(生理盐水),断裂强力和断裂伸长率分别为85.7N和47.5%,并且具有良好的透气性和阻塞性,能够作为一种优良的吸附材料用于制备高性能医用敷料。
Carboxymethyl viscose nonwoven (CM-VN) was successfully prepared in aqueous medium through one bath process. The structure of fiber in CM-VN was studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning elec- tron microscope (SEM), and the influence of substitution degree (DS) on water absorbency, water vapor per- meability, water diffusion property and mechanical property of CM-VN was investigated. As the DS of CM-VN increased, its crystallinity degree decreased gradually, water absorbency enhanced remarkably, water vapor permeability and water diffusion property decreased smoothly, and the breaking strength first increased then de- creased. With DS of 0.35, CM-VN could form uniform and semitransparent hydrogel after absorbing water. And its water absorbency reached 25.44g/g (distilled water) and 24. 38g/g (normal saline). The breaking strength and breaking elongation of the CM-VN were respectively 85.7 N and 47.5%. In addition, the CM-VN has good water vapor permeability and blocking performance. Therefore, CM-VN could be used as absorbing material for the preparation of high performance medical dressing.
