目的:了解合肥市三级医院助产士工作倦怠与应对方式之间的关系,为探讨管理对策提供参考。方法:采用随机抽样,运用Maslach工作倦怠量表和特质应对方式问卷对我市76名助产士和74名产科护士进行问卷调查。结果:助产士在情感枯竭和去人格化两个维度上疲溃感高于产科护士,差别均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);助产士积极应对分值低于产科护士,消极应对分值高于产科护士,差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);助产士的应对方式与工作倦怠密切相关。结论:合肥市三级医院助产士工作倦怠现状严重,护理管理者应高度重视,针对性地采取有效措施,提高其积极应对技巧,以减轻助产士的工作倦怠。
Objective:To explore the relationship between job burnout and coping styles of midwives.Methods:By random sampling,76 midwives and 74 obstetric nurses were tested using Maslach burnout inventory and trait coping style questionnaire.Results:Midwives' job burnout on the two dimensions of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization were higher than obstetric nurses(P0.05).Midwives' postive coping scores were lower than obstetric nurses and negative coping scores were higher than obstetric nurses(P0.05).The coping style of midwives had obvious correlation with job burnout.Conclusion:The status of job burnout among midwives is serious.Nursing administrators should pay attention to the job burnout of midwives,to take effective measures,and enhance the active coping skills,in order to reduce the job burnout of midwives.
