早期微创加针灸技术治疗高血压脑出血优越性临床研究

目的:研究高血压脑出血患者早期微创加针灸治疗的安全性和可行性,探求促进脑出血患者康复的最佳方案。方法:将118例高血压脑出血行微创手术患者随机分成两组。对照组(54例)按常规西医治疗给予稳定血压,降低颅内压,营养神经等对症治疗,并在西医对症治疗的基础上14天后配合针灸治疗;治疗组(64例)在西医治疗的基础上,3~5天内配合床头针灸治疗。治疗4周后观察病人神经功能恢复和日常自理能力判定疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组在治疗过程中无再出血征象,两组无差异。神经功能恢复和日常自理能力,治疗组优于对照组。结论:早期微创加针灸治疗对促进高血压脑出血的康复完全有效。

英文摘要:

Objective : To study the safety and feasibility of the acupuncture treatment for hypertensive intracerebral hemon'hage patients with early minimally invasive treatment, to explore the best programof the rehabilitation of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods: 118 eases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated with minimally invasive surgery were randomly divided into two groups. The control group ( 54 cases )were given the conventional Western medical treatment, and 14 clays after the treatment combined with acupuncture treatment ; treatment group ( 64 cases ) were given the Western medicine treatment and 3-5 days combined with bed acupuncture treatment. Recovery of neurological function of patients and daily self-care ability were observed to determine the efficacy after 4 weeks of treatment. Res,dts : The treatment group and control group in the course of treatment had no signs of rebleeding and no difference. Recovery of neurological function and daily self-care ability of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group. Conclusion : The early minimally invasive plus acupuncture treatment can promote the rehabilitation of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in full force and effectively.
