With the modernized development of the national electrical power network, a higher request is made to the power load management system. The performance of communication network decides the reliability and timeliness of the power load management system＇s operation. The Mobitex wireless data special network concentrates on the redundant reliability and the real-time communication of the data burst out within short time period, thus it suits greatly to the application in the power load management system. According to the requirements of the power load management system for the communication system and combining the Mobitex wireless data special network technology, a new design scheme of the power load management system is proposed.
