本文基于文献研究和专家访谈,同时结合图书馆移动信息服务特征,研究设计了图书馆移动信息服务质量的多层次影响因素体系,包括4个一级因素和15个二级因素;然后采用层次分析法(AHP)确定了各级影响因素的相对重要度权重,发现信息质量是最重要的准则因素,有用性是最重要的子准则因素;最后以南大图书馆移动信息服务为实例,对其服务质量进行分层次的模糊综合评判,全面评估了该校图书馆移动信息服务质量的绩效水平。研究结果表明,将AHP和模糊综合评判法集成运用于图书馆移动信息服务质量影响因素的权重测定和绩效评估具有较好的适用性和有效性,同时可为业界进一步提升图书馆移动信息服务质量水平提供一定的参考价值。
Based on literature review and experts interview, and taking the characteristics of library mobile information service into account, the article designs the hierarchy structure of factors affecting library mobile information service quality, which consists of four primary factors and fifteen secondary factors. We use analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the relative importance weights of those hierarchy factors, and conduct a hierarchical fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on performance of mobile information service quality for Nanjing university library. The research findings indicated that the application of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation could effectively determine weights and measure performance of the factors affecting library mobile information service quality. It also provides advice to the service providers so that they may improve the mobile information service quality.
