英文摘要：

The authors investigate the current status and problems of mobile library services provided by public libraries in East China by means of website visiting and literature research, with special emphasis on the marketing promotion,service modes, service functions, access modes, and platform developing and running. The results show as follows：mobile services in the region are not popularized and unevenly distributed,and the knowing rate is low due to lacking of promotion; WAP and APP are widely used in their services; the services provide with abundant resources and can be easily used for their friendly interactivity; and there exist problems such as incomplete mobile service system,insufficient effectiveness and lower quality.
