英文摘要：

Since the establishment of Huaihai Economic Zone,the evolution of reginal cooperation and development have experienced four stages：horizontal combination,depth expansion,image building,and core aggregation. Fields,subjects and effects of regional cooperation and development have been increasingly enlarged and strength-ened in this Zone.In the meantime,there are some change trends in researches on cooperation and development of the Zone,such as qualitative description to combination of qualitative and quantitative study,general and disperse investigation to special and integrated study,difference comparison to integration and coordination study,macro-scopic discuss to combination of macroscopic and microscopic study,case analysis to the combination of theoretical and empirical study.At the beginning of the new term,the future cooperation and development in the Zone need to keep in step with the new trend of China’ s reform and opening up and the new layout of regional development strate-gy in the country,and need to explore and break on a new development path of openness,fusion and integration with its own characteristics.
