With the deepening of specialized division of labor and the rapid development of economy,the productive service industry has been increasingly promoted in economic status and gradually becomes an important driving power and the innovative headspring of modern economic growth,which represents a two-way relationship between productive service industry and the manufacturing industry in interdependence and interaction.This paper analyzes the importance of the productive service industry in economic development based on a case study of Xuzhou City in the above-mentioned interactive developing relationship,and presents some measures to accelerate manufacturing industry and productive industry.
