运用层次分析法建立的SWOT分析模型,较好地结合了定性和定量分析,被广泛运用于战略分析领域。文章运用SWOT分析方法,对江苏省纺织业省内转移的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战逐一分析,并采用多专家评议法对SWOT四方面要素进行筛选、检验;随后计算要素影响力度,判断应采取的战略类型为开拓型战略,并提出一系列发展战略,为今后的江苏省其他产业转移提供了有益的参考。

With combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis,the AHP-SWOT Method is wildly used in the strategic analysis field.This paper analyzes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges of the transfer of the textile industry in Jiangsu province based on SWOT analysis,screens and tests the four elements of SWOT based on Multi-expert evaluation method.Then,the paper calculates the value,concludes the pioneering strategy and proposes a series of development strategies,and provides a useful reference for the transfer of Jiangsu＇s other industries in the future.
