网络组织因其能够提升企业创新绩效、降低创新成本，已成为创新合作的首选模式。伴随着网络组织从简单到复杂的演化过程，结点企业间存在着复杂的既合作又竞争的博弈关系。本文通过博弈模型的建立及博弈均衡的分析方法，比较研究网络组织各演化阶段下企业间的博弈过程及创新收益，在此基础分析提出网络组织内企业创新合作博弈均衡的影响因素。

Network organization has become the best mode of Innovation cooperation because it enhance corporate innovation performance and reduce the cost of innovation. With the network organization from simple to complex evolutionary process, there am complex cooperation and competition game relations between different companies. The paper compares the game process and innovative revenue by establishing game model and using game equilibrium analysis. In the end the paper proposes factors affecting game equilibrium of enterprise innovation cooperation in the Network organization.
