通过对3根碳纤维布加固FRP筋 ECC-混凝土复合梁和1根未加固的复合梁进行静力受弯性能试验,分析 了不同碳纤维布锚固层数对构件承载能力、破坏形态、裂缝及挠度的影响.研究表明,使用碳纤维布加固复合梁,可 控制梁的变形,提髙梁的抗弯承载能力.增加碳纤维布锚固层数,梁的开裂荷载和极限荷载会有-定程度的提髙,但 提高的幅度随层数的增加而逐渐减小.随碳纤维布锚固层数的增大,复合梁挠度和FRP筋应变逐渐减小.碳纤维布 锚固层数越大,裂缝出现越晚,裂缝发展越慢,并且裂缝宽度相对越小,说明碳纤维布可改善复合梁的抗裂性能.

英文摘要:

Static flexural experiment of three FRP bar reinforced ECC-concrete composite beams strengthened with carbon fiber sheet (CFS) and one unstrengthen composite beam were made. The influence of anchorage lay-ers on the bearing capacity, failure mode, crack and deflection of composite beams were analyzed. The results show that the deflection of the composite beam was decreases after it was strengthened with carbon fiber sheet and its flexural bearing capacity was increased. Although the cracking load and ultimate load were improved by increasing the number of anchorage layers, the increased rate decreases gradually with the increasing of anchor-age layers. The deflection of the composite beams and the strain of the FRP bars decreases with increasing the number of anchorage layers. With increasing the strengthen layers of carbon fiber sheet, the crack appears later, develops slower and its width is smaller than that of strengthened specimen. Crack resistance of composite beam was improved after the composite beam was strengthened with CFS.
