为研究细晶粒高强钢筋(hot rolled bars of fine,HRBF)混凝土梁在正常使用极限状态下的裂缝性能,制作了4根HRBF400筋、4根HRBF500筋矩形截面混凝土梁进行静力受弯性能试验.试验结果表明:HRBF筋混凝土梁在短期荷载下试验实测的最大裂缝宽度值满足现行规范要求;裂缝平均间距、荷载短期作用下的最大裂缝宽度可按现行规范进行计算;推导了HRBF筋混凝土梁由正常使用极限状态下最大裂缝宽度值限制的承载力计算公式,提出了由最大裂缝宽度限制的构件承载力利用系数(BCUC),并分析了纵向受拉钢筋直径、纵筋配筋率、纵筋屈服强度、混凝土等级等参数对裂缝宽度控制的构件承载力利用系数的影响.在满足极限承载能力和耐久性能的条件下建议选用较小直径的钢筋、较薄的混凝土保护层以提高构件承载力利用系数.
In order to investigate the crack behavior of concrete beam reinforced with high strength hot rolled bars of fine grains under r.ormal condition, four concrete beams reinforced with HRBF400 and four concrete beams reinforced with HRBF500 rectangle cross-section concrete beam static bending test are made. The results show that experimental maximum crack width under short-term load can meet the requirement of current concrete design code, average crack distance and maximum crack width under short-term load can be calculated by current code. Bearing capacity calculating formula under the conditions of crack control is proposed. Conception of component bearing capacity utilization coefficient (BCUC) is put forward. Influences of reinforcement strength, reinforce- ment diameter, concrete grade, reirforcement ratio and concrete cover thickness on BCUC are analyzed. At the premise of meeting the requirement ter HRBF and thinner concrete cover can be used of bearing capacity and durability, smaller diame- to improve BCUC.
