设计了微合金建筑用钢的成分,研究了热处理工艺对微合金建筑用钢力学性能和组织的影响。结果表明1035℃开轧、805℃终轧且在800℃进行正火处理,此时力学性能最佳,其抗拉强度为562 MPa、屈服强度为470 MPa、伸长率为22.6%,屈强比为0.84。600℃回火前后的显微硬度分别为175 HV0.1和189 HV0.1。
The composition of micro-alloy steel for construction was designed. The influences of heat treatment process on mechanical properties and microstructurc of micro-alloy steel for construction were studied. The results show that when the beginning roll temperature is 1035℃, ending roll temperature is 805℃, and the normalizing temperature is 800℃, mechanical properties are the best. The tensile strength is 562 MPa, the yield strength is 470 MPa, the elongation is 22.6%, and the yield tensile ratio is 0.84. The micro-hardness before and after tempering at 600℃ is 175 HV0.1 and 189 HV0.1 respectively.
