工程水泥基复合材料(Engineered Cementitious Composite,简称ECC)受拉具有明显的应变硬化特性、多缝稳态开裂特点和优良的耐久性能,可用ECC替代普通钢筋混凝土梁受拉纵筋周围的混凝土形成RCC-RC复合梁,解决普通钢筋混凝土梁钢筋锈蚀引起的耐久性问题和FRP筋混凝土梁挠度大、裂缝大的问题。文章通过总结国内外相关学者的研究成果,分析各因素对ECC-RC复合梁受弯性能的影响,可供工程实践参考。
Engineered cementitious composite(referred to as ECC) has obvious strain hardening characteristics,multi slit steady-state cracking characteristics and excellent durability subjected to tension.ECC can be used to replace the concrete around the longitudinal reinforcements in the ordinary reinforced concrete beams to form RCC-RC composite beams, solving problems of the durability of ordinary reinforced concrete beams caused by reinforcement bar corrosion and FRP reinforced concrete beams with large deflection and large crack. This paper summarizes the research results of scholars at home and abroad and analyses the influence of each factor on the flexural behaviors of ECC-RC composite beams. It can be used as a reference to engineering practice.
