本文针对一种采用无刷直流电机设计的新型人工瓣膜泵,建立能够模仿自然心脏节律跳动的搏动流控制系统。采用神经网络PID智能算法进行控制,并对其进行建模仿真。结果表明,神经网络PID控制能有效解决传统PID控制参数难以确定和环境扰动的不确定性问题,使响应速度提高了约0.18s,速度伺服系统的控制精度提高了约1.14%。
In this paper, a pulsating control system which can mimic the natural heart rhythm beating had been established aiming at a new artificial valve pump designed by BLDCM. The system was modeled and simulated by adapting an intelligent algorithm of neural network PID controller. The results showed that, the neural network PID control could effectively solve the problem of the traditional PID control parameters which was difficult to be determined and the uncertain problem of the environmental disturbance. It could improve the response speed by about 0. 18 s and the accuracy of the speed by about 1.14%.
