本文针对自制的无轴承人工心脏用永磁无刷直流电机,提出了一种齿槽转矩的削弱设计,通过在分数槽定子结构中开辅助凹槽以降低齿槽转矩.应用有限元分析方法研究凹槽的形状、槽数及槽深对齿槽转矩的影响,并对每种结构电机的齿槽转矩进行FFT分析对比.结果表明,定子齿开两个槽深0.5 mm的弧形槽可以使齿槽转矩减小一倍,提高电机稳定性,有助于提高人工心脏的血液相容性,而且加工方便,易于实现.
A design for reducing cogging torque of the permanent brushless DC motor without bearing used in a self-made artificial heart was put forward in this paper.The cogging torque was reduced by grooving additionally on the stator structure with the fractional slot.The effects of the shape of the grooves,the number of the slots and the depth on the cogging torque were investigated by the method of the finite element analysis and the FIT analysis of the cogging torque of the motor with different structures was also conducted in this paper.The results show that the stator tooth with two arc slots and with depth of 0.5 mm could effectively decrease the cogging torque by 50%,and improves the stability of the motor and hemocompatibility of the artificial heart.Besides,it is easy to manufacture it.
