提出了一种基于Halbach阵列的人工心脏永磁电机的设计方案,并通过有限元仿真评价样机在人工心脏应用中的可行性。其次,应用Ansoft有限元软件对Halbach阵列永磁电机进行了数值研究,对电机进行静态和瞬态仿真,并运用MATLAB软件对电机气隙磁通密度的径向分量进行谐波分解。仿真结果表明,与课题组原传统径向充磁电机相比,Halbach阵列电机转子铁心厚度减小0.35 mm,感应电动势幅值增加5 V,齿槽转矩幅值减小2.05N·m。
A design of permanent magnetic( PM) motor using Halbach array for the artificial heart was proposed and its performance was evaluated by finite element method. The PM motor using Halbach array was simulated by the Ansoft finite element software. Static simulation,transient simulation,and load simulation were conducted respectively. MATLAB was used to analyze the harmonic components of the radial magnetic flux density in the air gap. The results showed that compared with the original traditional radial- magnetized motor,the rotor core thickness of Halbach array motor decreased by 0. 35 mm,the induced voltage amplitude increased by 5 V and the cogging torque amplitude reduced by 2. 05 N·m.
