无负压给水管网是近些年迅速发展的城市重要基础设施之一,其供水不足和爆管事故的发生直接威胁城市给水安全。基于当地的GIS系统数据,应用Flowmaster软件针对无负压供水管网进行建模和稳态模拟,其管网平差结果表明,管网的低压区域与维修记录中供水不足区域一致,说明模型可靠,并可实现供水不足事故预测;同时应用该模型进行瞬态模拟和管网爆管事故预测分析,发现开泵水锤、变频水锤变化均比较大,分别为50%、26.4%,容易导致爆管事故的发生,进而威胁管道系统的安全。
With the rapid development in recent years,the non-negative pressure water supply network is one of the important urban infrastructures,in which the accidents of water shortage and pipe explosion directly threaten the safety of the urban water supply.Based on the GIS data and Flowmaster software,the model for non-negative pressure water supply network is established and simulated in a steady-state.The results of pipenet adjustment indicate that the low pressure area is in accord with the water shortage regions in records,which confirm that the model is reliable and it can be used to predict water supply shortage.Using the model,the transient-state flow is also simulated and the pipe explosion is predicted and analyzed.The results show that both the startup water-hammer pressure and rotation speed adjustment water-hammer pressure exhibit considerable variation,which are 50% and 26.4% respectively.This easily causes the pipe explosion accidents and even endangers the security of the piping system.
