%X 利用EBSD技术分析了两种高锰钢压缩变形下马氏体相变的特点。初步结果表明,奥氏体晶粒取向对马氏体转变有影响,压缩时{110}γ取向的奥氏体容易发生马氏体相变;ε-M、α′-M两种马氏体内存在较多相变变体遗传下来的特殊取向差,还有形变造成的ε-M中产生新的变体或特殊取向差及α′-M内因滑移造成小的取向差;BCC的α′-M内因滑移造成的取向差比HCP的ε-M大。
Orientation features of martensitic transformation in two kinds of high manganese steels during compression were analyzed by EBSD technique.Primary results showed that,austensite orientation influences on martensitic transformation,and martensites in {110}γ oriented austenite grains transforms easily.The dominant misorientations in two types of martensites are special misorientations inherited from variant selection during transformation and special misorientations in ε-martensite induced by strain and small misorientations in α′-martensite by slip.However,the misorientations induced by slip are greater in α′-martensite than those in ε-martensite.
