建立一类新的具有参数和外部需求不确定的供应链库存切换系统模型,它包括三个生产库存子系统和一个库存信号切换向量。为了抑制供应链系统库存切换过程中产生的运作波动以及参数和外部需求不确定产生的牛鞭效应,应用鲁棒H∞控制方法给出了供应链切换系统的控制律。进行了控制律计算和系统仿真,结果验证了所设计的系统控制律的有效性。
In this paper we are propose a new type of supply chain switched inventory models with uncertain parameters and external demand, consisting of three production and inventory subsystems and a switched inventory signal vector. In order to inhibit operation fluctuation caused by inventory switching processes in the supply chain systems and bullwhip effect induced by uncertain parameters and external demand, the control law of the supply chain switched system is presented by robust H∞ control theory and method. Moreover, the computation of the control law and a system simulation are completed. The validity of the control law is verified by the results of the computation and simulation.
