从环保的角度出发,提出了一种将模糊综合评判和数学规划相结合的电子废弃物回收利用网络优化设计方法。利用模糊综合评判法对待选的有害物填埋地点进行评价,获得了能够综合反映各填埋地点对环境影响的指标;建立了电子废弃物回收利用网络的优化设计模型,模型体现了在降低网络建设及运营成本的同时,尽量向对环境影响较小的填埋地点排放有害物的设计思想,以兼顾成本优化和环境保护的双重目标。采用线性加权法将其转化为单目标规划模型,并通过数值例子验证了方法的有效性。
From the standpoint of environmental protection, a two-phase method for electronic waste recycling network design is proposed. Firstly, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used for evaluating the alternative landfill sites to gain their "environmental protection coefficients. Secondly, a mixed-integer programming model is formulated to denote electronic waste recycling network design problem. The double objectives are considered simultaneously in this model which are (1) minimizing the total construction and operation cost and (2) delivering more salvaged material to landfill sites with less environmental damage. The linear weight approach to convert the above double-objective model to single objective model is discussed and a numerical example is given to illustrate the validity of the method.
