利用超声波辅助脂肪酶Bacillus subtilis lipase(BSL2)催化合成己酸乙酯。最佳反应条件为:正己烷20 mL(硅藻土40 mg,aw=0.53),120 mmol.L-1己酸和乙醇,BSL2 100 mg,在超声(150 W)清洗器中采用间歇超声50 s/30 s,于50℃反应20 min,反应速度31.95μmol.g-1.min-1(常规振荡法的反应速率8.18μmol.g-1.min-1)。
The ultrasound was used to promote the enzymatic[Bacillus subtilis lipase(BSL2)] synthesis of ethyl hexanoate.The optimum reaction conditions were as follows:n-hexane was 20 mL(kieselguhr 40 mg,aw=0.53),n-hexanoic acid and ethanol was 120 mmol·L-1,BSL2 was 100 mg,the reaction carried out in ultrasonic cleaner(150 W) by intermittent ultrasonic 50 s/30 s at 50 ℃ for 20 min.The reaction rate was 31.95 μmol·g-1·min-1 under the optimum reaction conditions,and other reaction rate was 8.18 μmol·g-1·min-1 by conventional oscillometry method.
