以离子液体作为反应介质,研究了嗜热酯酶APE1547在不同离子液体中催化咪唑与丙烯酸乙酯的Mi—chael加成反应,并对反应条件进行了优化.在最适反应条件下,Michael加成反应产率可达98.8%,另外发现嗜热酯酶APE1547在该反应体系中可重复使用8次,其催化性能没有明显下降.
The catalytic performance of thermophilic esterase APE1547 on the enzymatic Michael addition was investigated when different ionic liquids were used as reaction media. The optimum conditions were screened out with yield of up to 98.8%. The reaction system can be used 8 times and no significant decrease in catalytic performance.
