研究了铅(Pb^2+)对牙鲆鳃、肌肉和内脏CAT活力的影响。结果表明,最初各组织的CAT活力表现为抑制,随后各组织的CAT表现为激活(均相对于对照组),10 d时肌肉和内脏激活幅度最大,14 d时鳃的激活幅度最大;然后放入清洁海水中,各组织酶活性又恢复到对照组的水平,证实各组织CAT活力的变化可以反映牙鲆的损伤程度。
The aim of this work was to study the effect of Pb^2+(0.5mg·L^-1)under long 10ds' exposure on activities of protecting enzyme CAT in tissues of Paralichthys olivaceus. The results showed that the activities of protecting enzyme CAT in tissues of Paralichthys olivaceus was inhabited on 8-10day at first, and inducted the following days; on 10th day,muscle and viscus of Paralichthys olivaceus were inducted at the highest level,but on 14th day,gill was inducted at the highest leve.Then after a few days' elimination, every tissue's activitie of protecting enzyme CAT was inhabited at the heginning's level. The changes of the activities of CAT can indicate the injured degree of Paralichthys olivaceus by Pb^2+.
