研究了海水中孔石莼分泌物(总有机碳TOC)浓度对混合重金属(cu+lab;Cu+Cd;Cu+lab+cd)在牙鲆(Paralichthys olivaceus)内脏、肌肉、鳃组织蓄积的影响。结果表明:孔石莼分泌物能显著降低Cu、Pb、Cd的生物有效性;随富含孔石莼分泌物的海水TOC浓度升高,牙鲆内脏、肌肉、鳃组织Cu、Pb、Cd蓄积量均明显下降:TOC浓度变化对牙鲆各组织Cu、Pb、Cd蓄积分配均无影响,各组织重金属蓄积量顺序为内脏〉鳃〉肌肉。
The effects of the excretion of Ulva pertusa (TOC total organic carbon)'s concentration in the seawater on accumulation of mixed heavy metals in the tissues of viscus, muscle, gills were studied. The result indicated : the excretion of Ulva pertusa could decrease the bioavailability of heavy metals obviously. With the increase of TOC's concentration, the accumulation of Cu, Pb and Cd in the tissues of viscus, muscle and gills decreased obviously. The concentration of TOC had no effect on the distribution of heavy metals' accumulation in the tissues of fish. The order of heavy metal accumulation in the tissues was: viscus 〉 gills 〉 muscle.
