将栉孔扇贝置于不同浓度的Cu^2+溶液中10d,测定其鳃组织过氧化氢酶(CAT)。谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性。结果表明,随着Cu^2+浓度的增高,CAT的活性先降后升再降,SOD的活性先降后升再降,GSH—PX的活性先降后升,但整体仍是抑制的特性。另外,对于低浓度Cu^2+长期暴露,栉孔扇贝鳃组织中SOD较CAT和GSH—PX敏感.可考虑作为水生生态系统中低浓度Cu^2+长期暴露的一种生物检测指标。
The aim of this work was to study the effect of Cu^2+ on the activities of antioxidant enzyme CAT,SOD and GSH- PX in the Gill of Chlamys farreri. After 10day's exposure experiment,the results showed that within the range of Cu^2+ dosages the activities of CAT and SOD were inhabited in low level of Cu^2+,inducted and inhabited with the high level of Cu^2+;the activitie of GSH-PX was inhabited and inducted from low level of Cu^2+ to high level of Cu^2+. The activities of CAT, SOD and GSH-PX were highest at o.oomg·L^-1 Cu^2+. These results also suggest that SOD was more sensitive than CAT and GSH-PX to low dose Cu^2+ exposure,and they could be served as bio-monitoring index of lowconcentration Cu^2+ exposure in aquatic ecosystem.
