为了解决非球面工件打磨过程中由于打磨点处曲率变化导致的打磨斑不一致的问题,研究了基于打磨工具下压量变化的打磨斑均匀性优化方法。首先建立打磨几何模型并对打磨斑面积计算方法进行推导;然后根据工件曲率变化调整下压量来优化接触面积的均匀性;最后基于ABAQUS有限元分析软件进行仿真,并比较调整下压量前后的面积均匀性效果。结果表明,通过调整不同曲率点的下压量可以获得均匀的打磨斑面积。因此调整工具下压量来控制打磨斑均匀性的方法可行。
In order to solve the problem of polishing spot inconsistency caused by curvature changes in an aspherical workpiece polishing process,a method of ensuring polishing spot uniformity based on varying the compression height of grinding tools has been developed. The geometry was first modeled in order to obtain the polishing spot area. The compression height was then adjusted to optimize the uniformity of the contact area according to the changes in workpiece curvature. Finally,by means of the CAE software ABAQUS,the uniformity of the area before and after adjusting the compression height was compared. The results show that adjusting the curvature of the pressure pointss can give a more uniform grinding area. As a result,the simulation results show that adjusting the tool is a feasible way to control the amount of grinding.
