饮用水中重金属元素浓度的监测,对人类生产生活具有极其重要的意义.国内普遍采用的异地检测方式,存在诸多弊端,国际上大多采用全自动现场实时监测的方式.远程测试仪采用GPRS系统定位,在实地水样测试仪上安装支持串口数据传输的无线数据发送模块,将现场测试数据及时发送到室内的监测服务器端,可以很好地实现水样监测的远程自动控制.本文介绍了一种基于GPRS的嵌入式无线控制水样检测系统的设计和实现,重点说明了该系统中无线控制、数据传输系统软件的设计与实现.通过大量检测实验,验证了该系统的性能指数.测试结果说明,该系统全自动化程度高,适合偏远地区无人值守条件下水样中多种有害离子的动态监测.
Monitoring the concentration of heavy metals in drinking water is very important for human life and production.Remote detection method is widely used in China,and the method has many disadvantages,while automatic real-time monitoring method is used widely in international world.Remote testing instrument is located by GPRS system,and wireless data transmission module which supports serial data transmission is installed on water sample test instrument such that the test data can be promptly sent to the monitoring server end and can realize automatic remote control of water monitoring.This paper describes a design and implementation of embedded wireless control water detection system based on GPRS,introduces the design and implementation of remote control and data transmission module in the system.Through a lot of experiments,the performance index of the system is verified.Test results show that,the system is full of high degree of automation,and can dynamically monitor various harmful ions in water for unattended conditions in remote area.
