针对氟离子选择性电极在实际测定过程中,容易引入因外界条件变化而导致的误差,致使测定系统结果精度低的现象。通过设计一系列实验探究酸碱度、干扰离子、溶液温度对氟电极标准曲线的影响规律,提出了一种校正曲线库的建立方法,最终通过研制氟在线测定系统实现了该校正方法。通过对实际水样的测定,证明该方法使测定系统在不同温度环境下测定质量浓度高的水样误差在1.5%以内,检测氟含量较低样本时误差约为3%以内;对比相同温度条件下的专业电化学工作站检测结果表明,该测定系统对样本的测定误差在读数的3.5%以内。
In the process of actual measurement of the fluoride ion selective electrode, the error caused by external conditions change is easy to be introduced, which leads to the low precision of measurement system. In this paper, a se- ries of experiments are designed to explore the effect of the acidity, interfering ions and liquid temperature on the stand- ard curve of the fluorine electrode. Then, a method of establishing the calibration curve library is presented. Finally, the method is realized by developing the fluorine online system. Through measuring actual samples, it proves this method can make the error of measurement system be within 1.5% when detecting high concentration of water samples under different temperature conditions, and be less than 3 % when measuring samples with low concentration of fluoride. Compared to the professional testing results from the electrochemical workstation under the same temperature condition, it shows that the measuring error of samples is within 3.5% of the readings.
