在以2K-H型斜齿差动轮系为原型的基础上,通过分析其转化机构的传递效率,在实际啮合区间内进行分段积分,得出了在实际啮合段中内啮合与外啮合斜齿轮啮合效率。并结合理想机械的概念,在考虑斜齿轮轴面重合度和磨擦啮合功率损失的基础上,推导出了斜齿轮差动轮系传动效率的计算公式。利用所给算例数据,计算出该轮系效率的理论值,再运用ADAMS与MATLAB联合仿真得出仿真结果,分析两者表明运用所推导效率公式得出的计算结果与仿真结果相吻合。所述的分析方法亦可以推出其他类型差动轮系效率。
On the basis of taking 2K - H type helical differential gear train as the basic prototype, by analyzing the transmission efficiency of its transformation part and piecewise integration in meshing range, the resuh of the meshing efficiency of the internal and external contacted helical gears from the actual helical gears meshing is got. At the same time, the concept of the ideal machine is introduced, with the consideration of the axial overlap of the helical gear and the gear on the frictional engagement of the power loss, the formula of the helical gear differential gear train transmission efficiency is deduced. By using the given example numerical, theoretical value of the gear train efficiency is calculated, and this result is consist with the simulation result obtained by MATLAB and ADAMS software co - simulation calculation. The method can be used for calculating the efficiency of the other type helical differential gear train.
