以单环路复合行星齿轮系统为研究对象,分析了系统转速与转矩的影响因素以及调节方式,在此基础上提出了反映系统动态跟随性能的转速灵敏度与转矩灵敏度概念,并获得对应的表达式。此后进一步研究了转速与转矩灵敏度的影响参数以及影响规律,结合系统结构参数对传动效果的影响规律提出了基于动态跟随性能以及传动效果的系统设计准则。最后,通过试验验证了文中分析方法的正确性。研究结果表明:输出转速相对于输入转速灵敏度以及输出转矩相对于输入转矩灵敏度由差动轮系特性参数K以及封闭机构传动比iP共同决定,而输出转速与输出转矩相对于iP的灵敏度可通过选用合适的K来得到。
Based on the analysis of the influencing factors and the adjustment methods for speed and torque among the basic components of the single-loop compound epicyclic gear transmission system,the concept of dynamic tracking performance is proposed,which is different from the static and dynamic analysis.The speed sensitivity and torque sensitivity reflecting dynamic tracking performance of the system is calculated.Then,the influence parameters and influence rule of speed and torque sensitivity,and the influence of system structure parameters on transmission effect are analyzed.Based on the combination of dynamic tracking performance and transmission effect,the design criterion of the single-loop system is proposed.Finally,the correctness of the analytical method is verified by experiments.The results show that the sensitivity of the output speed relative to the input speed and the output torque relative to the input torque are determined by the characteristic parameter K of the differential epicyclic system and the closing mechanism transmission ratio ip,and the output speed and output torque relative to the sensitivity of the ip can be achieved by selecting the appropriate K.
