基于2K-H直齿行星齿轮传动的平移-扭转耦合模型,建立了行星齿轮传动系统的振动能量公式,以包含4个行星轮的行星轮系为例,在内齿圈固定的情况下,对行星轮系的振动动能与振动势能进行计算。分析得出了行星齿轮传动系统的振动能量分布特点。在不考虑轮系摩擦和阻尼的情况下,得出了行星轮系同阶振动与异阶振动其振动能量的传递规律。
Based on a torsional- transverse coupling model of a 2K- H spur planetary gear,the formula of vibration energy of the planetary gear transmission system is derived. The strain energy and kinetic energy of vibration of the planetary gear are calculated for four planetary gears under the operation condition,in which the ring gear is fixed. The distribution characteristic of vibration energy of the planetary gear is summarized. Without considering friction and damping of the planetary gear,the law of transmission of vibration energy of the planetary gear is obtained at the same and different orders of vibration.
